Abstract

Are you a Division C graduate student who is starting to think about your future career, and how to take that next step? This year’s Fireside Chat will gather recent graduates from Ph.D. programs related to learning and instruction to discuss this crucial transition from student to professional in the field. The panel will include scholars from universities and colleges, nonprofit research organizations, and alternative career pathways. Participants will discuss their research interests, how they chose their current positions, and what it takes to successfully move from the role of student to professional.
