Session Type: Symposium
This session brings together the issues of policy, equity, and safety. These papers bring together an analysis of school crime among students with and without disabilities, a policy review of restraint and seclusion, and competing understanding of equitable FAPE. All of these issues reflect on access and equity for students with disabilities who have historically been marginalized.
