Abstract

Teachers make many decisions in-the-moment of teaching. We created a task to better understand responsive decisions and practices prospective teachers made within the university and classroom contexts. Findings highlight that most responsive decisions were made within the university context while more specific pedagogical decisions were implemented within the classroom context. We discuss the importance of framing and shared goals to support future teacher learning.
