This multidisciplinary project team brings together researchers, developers, expert advisors, educators, and caregivers engaged in a collaborative and iterative co-design process. The goal of the project is to determine how best to promote Computational Thinking (CT) in preschool and how to integrate it with Mathematics and Science to provide preschool children with rich and fun learning experiences at both school and home. It involves designing and pilot testing integrated learning activities that provide young children opportunities to learn problem solving skills crucial for later school success. The resources that are being developed as part of this project include both hands-on activities and digital tools that are developmentally appropriate and provide unique opportunities for learning CT and STEM.
