Sun, April 19, 2:15 to 3:45pm, Virtual Room

Abstract

This presents a study analyzing the actions undertaken by collaborating stakeholders in K-12 schools produced the only 2 schools in California with English Language Learner success for a group prior to the implementation of the Local Control Funding Formula (school years 2011–2013) and after implementation of LCFF (school years 2013–2016). The study provided insight into the actions and services stakeholders created and implemented in their Local Control Accountability Plans (LCAP) and school sites thereby providing evidence of a Culturally Proficient school leading to student success.
