Abstract

In this paper, we describe the objectives of the Respectful Conversations in Schools protocol, the theoretical frameworks and concrete implementation of the latter, and preliminary results. We conclude by affirming the instructional and civic value of RCS and the importance of cross-institutional co-creation to its adoption, implementation, and impact.
