Abstract

The proposal focuses on the teaching ‘differentiation’ (Tomlinson, 2017) as basic methodological perspective capable of promoting meaningful learning processes for all the students present in the classroom, aimed at proposing targeted educational activities, designed to meet the needs of individuals in an educational environment in which it is customary to tackle educational work in different ways' (Haecox, 2001).
It presents the design, methodology and results of 'Not just SEN', a formative-intervention research,
which involved 52 teachers (16 special teachers) from one of the 5 inclusion school centers of the Puglia region, in Italy, and realized through transformative learning methods (Mezirow, 1991; Taylor & Cranton, 2013).
