Invisible Connections: Interdistrict Ties and the Structure of School Choice

Abstract

This study investigates interdistrict school choice relationships in a long-term school choice state. Using a longitudinal network analysis, several structural elements of interdistrict school choice are revealed, prompting questions about the long term effects of school choice policies on public education.
