Abstract

This study is a qualitative examination of the perspectives of special education credential candidates and graduates who have been prepared to increase inclusive service delivery to students with moderate severe disabilities through a university-district partnership focused on several “pilot” school sites. Through this research, we attempt to answer the questions, “How do candidates describe their role in school change efforts?” and “How do candidates describe their commitment to inclusive practices following participation in this pilot project?”
