Today’s session is all about learning various ways to meditate and center your mind, body and spirit. Join us for several interactive exercises including mindfulness meditation via music, a quick writing exercise and culminates in an art journaling activity inspired by Observe, Collect, Draw! A Visual Journal by Giorgia Lupi, Ph.D. and Stefanie Posavec, designer, artist, and author.
