Abstract

This study explored how parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) consult online and community-based resources for educational and emotional support. Additionally, this study explored how parents decide if a technology tool (e.g. app, device) will support their child’s educational needs. A qualitative method was used, with data obtained through semi-structured interviews. Seven parents voluntarily participated.
