The present study extends the mindset concept which is commonly studied in the individual-level research to the team-level and offers a practical instrument to measure team mindsets. Overall, psychometric properties of 48 items under team mindset scale (TMS) were examined to make a desired length of TMS having appropriate reliability and validity. Test-level analyses at Study 1 and item-level analyses at Study 2 were conducted. The finalized TMS was composed of eight items having adequate psychometric characteristics across the two studies.
