Reliability and Validity of Physics Playground

Abstract

_Physics Playground_ is a game-based learning and assessment system that includes cognitively diagnostic scoring using Bayesian networks. This paper looks at reliability and validity of the internal assessment at the sub-score level using a split-half method that is applicable to other cognitively diagnostic modelling paradigms.
