This collection of vignettes represents five papers that speak to the social, emotional, and physical impacts of Coronavirus Pandemic on the leadership practices of a group of principals. This group of leaders are in Year 2 of a leadership development program through Eastern Michigan University (EMU). They have been immersed in critical leadership theories and engaged in reflexive inquiry to uncover problems of practice, hold one another accountable to produce scholarship documenting their transformative moves to add to scant literature provided by scholar-practitioners. In partnership with EMU faculty who facilitate the development program in which they participate, these leaders are composing a manuscript to memorialize their leadership experiences during this international pandemic to discuss leadership implications when leading through crises.
