Session Type: Symposium
This symposium examines a year-long program developing post-secondary CTE researchers at the post-doctorate, dissertation, and graduate student levels using a logical model was a framework to examine specific outcomes. The discussion will dive deeper into a writing program used to supplement training during COVID19. The symposium will end with the research fellows reflections concerning the program as a tool for career development. The logic model will include training, webinars, mentoring, and input from stakeholders, including the sponsoring foundation, research fellows, and the project team. The session will describe the projects’ outcomes from year one and the research efforts of the fellows. The symposium provides an examination of how this research fellows program provides pathways to disseminating research and future employment.
