Abstract

This study aims to examine undergraduate students’ Personal Growth Initiative in the Sino-foreign cooperative education (SFCE). Using a mixed research design, a two-factor PGI construct was identified, and variations across different student groups were specified to depict the patterns. The qualitative investigation discovered several personal characteristics and environmental factors.
