This paper offers a conceptual framework for efforts to (1) address the historical and ongoing colonial legacies of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and health-related fields of study and practice, and (2) ethically integrate Indigenous and other non-Western knowledge systems in STEM and health research, teaching, and community engagements.
