In the present study, the factors that hinder or facilitate the implementation of cultural responsive leadership in Greek schools were examined. The main findings of the study are: a) school principals do show an interest in the integration of immigrants in the school environment in the context of inclusive education; b) school principals consider inclusive education important as it helps to i) reduce stereotypes and promote democratic values, ii) create open school environments that accept diversity, iii) provide equal learning opportunities, iv) reduce conflict, and v) promote peace in education; c) participants did apply some measures for immigrant children to feel included in the activities of the school unit.
