The world is being upended by the COVID-19 pandemic which has posed innumerable learning challenges. Under social distancing constraints, reimagining an equitable and efficient learning paradigm that is also sustainable is becoming a global educational agenda and deep-rooted challenge. The purpose of this research is to improve our understanding of the new Blended Mentoring Program (BMP) phenomenon for higher education by linking the emergent themes and learning contexts. To address the knowledge gap, this study draws on case studies of a one-year BMP initiative implemented across six universities spanning two regions with different disciplines, educational systems, and learning cultures. Findings indicate factors to empower innovative, evidence-based learning practice while also piloting and tracking the impact of collaborative approaches for mentoring.
