Evidence-Based Approach in the Daily Practice of Working With Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder

Abstract

"This report will review the main results of the All-Russian monitoring of the state of education of students with ASD in Russia. The report includes information on trends in the development of the evidence-based approach in the Russian Federation: innovative tools that promote the evidence-based approach in working with children with ASD in the Russian educational system will be presented.
The report will describe the basic principles of working with children with ASD in the Russian education system, and we will also evaluate the effectiveness of these practices. We will talk about ways to apply the most effective practices in the daily learning process.
The application of these principles will be illustrated by the example of the practices of working with children with ASD used in the Federal Resource Center of comprehensive support for Children with ASD (Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University).
