Session Type: Invited Speaker Session
How do we understand, describe, and articulate the impacts of the concurrent COVID-19 pandemic, racial unrest, and political upheaval on education? Considering the disruptions experienced by students, teachers, and families alike, this session will explore various perspectives of evaluation, assessment, and accountability in PK-12 schools, and panelists will be asked to not only reflect on past practices, but also share ideas of how to best move forward toward more equity in our educational systems. This moderated panel discussion will provide time for audience questions within a candid conversational format to foster open communication as benefit to all participants.
