Abstract
"In the current decade, Russia has a task of becoming one of the 10 leading countries in the world in terms of the quality of general education. For this, it is especially important to reduce the proportion of students who demonstrate low educational achievements and have learning difficulties.
Symposium will represent the current field of research on issues of building a equitable and inclusive education in Russia, including monitoring special educational needs of students, trends in the development of inclusive education, design and implementation of social impact bonds project aimed at reducing the number of low performing students
