Abstract
Across the four papers in this roundtable session, participants will learn about ways in which current school leaders can grow and develop to affect student achievement. Topics include supporting effective professional learning communities, professional development on continuous improvement, professional learning around addressing problems of practice, and the relationship between principal professional development and student achievement.
