This qualitative phenomenological study explored how Latino men make meaning of their undergraduate experiences in relation to their understanding of masculinity. The participants’ undergraduate experiences were examined through a multi-level intersectionality framework. The findings center navigating and overcoming discrimination and the role of media and politics in perpetuating discrimination relative to the identities of Latino men. Recommendations focus on equity based institutional policies and programs that support retention and completion.
