Abstract

Building relationships between organizations in the private sector, the governments, and institutions of higher learning is crucial in propelling development and growth in different sectors (Saraite-Sariene et al., 2019). Advancement in technology has facilitated innovations, changing traditional approaches to emerging issues. The alliance between private companies, universities, and the government is essential in developing a sustainable education model that provides a productive learning environment (Xing et al., 2018). Explored in the paper is how learners can acquire practical skills through training in industries. Similarly, private organizations and governments benefit by acquiring top talents with hands-on skills to execute tasks. Incorporating a fellowship program is an ideal approach to instilling effective leadership skills necessary in governments and industries.
