Abstract
Previous results from the case study school were reported in 2020. This is an update on that case study school reporting on its endeavor to hire a more culturally diverse staff. The methodology for this updated study is mixed. It chronicles the challenges of implementing an ambitious hiring policy and how other issues of culture require more immediate action. It chronicles the subtle, and not so subtle, challenges and obstacles within the institution to implement the hiring policies along with the progress made in hiring a culturally diverse staff. This update explores and presents new results and insights on the complexity in trying to achieve this goal and the ongoing institutional growth required in many areas of the school culture.
