Abstract

Art administration brings arts and audiences together. Art administrators work behind the scenes and on the front lines to advance institutional missions and personal values.. When researched, art administrator bodies are usually categorized for quantitative demographics or sociological understandings of careers From an ontological perspective that how a body is matters to how a body works and lives, this inquiry explored the embodied experiences of art administrators which affect policy, practice, and the field itself.
