The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among meaningful work, employee engagement, job crafting, and career commitment. Data were collected from 347 responses from multiple companies in South Korea. Structural equation modeling was primarily used to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings showed that Meaningful work directly affected employee engagement and job crafting, and employee engagement positively and significantly influenced career commitment.
