This study uses a mixed-methods social network analysis to examine the partnership dynamics of the Equity-Centered Principal Pipeline Initiative (ECPI), which aims to develop equity-centered principal preparation programs through multi-organizational collaborations. Focusing on ten educational actors in the Central School District and their university and state partners, we employ a mixed-method approach to explore their perspectives on the role of partnerships in designing and implementing equity-centered principal pipelines. Our research highlights the critical need for strong and cohesive relationships among district administrators, universities, state agencies, and other stakeholders in designing equity-centered principal preparation for more effective programming.
