This panel brings needed attention to K-12 Latinx educators working in public schools in the U.S. More specifically, panelists take an interdisciplinary and qualitative approach to examine how Latinx educator's experiences and cultural and linguistic identities shape their daily practice. The four papers bring different analytical frames to highlight the constraints, tensions, and possibilities Latinx educators must deal with as they navigate the profession and work to support the needs of their students.
