Abstract

This study, "Shining Light on Marginalized Leadership: The Radiance Project Narratives," explores the lived experiences of marginalized leaders through a collaborative narrative approach. Participants in the Radiance Project served as co-authors, contributing their personal stories to illuminate the challenges and triumphs of leadership from diverse, often underrepresented, backgrounds. By centering their voices, this research underscores the importance of inclusivity and the profound impact of shared leadership narratives on understanding and addressing systemic inequities. The collective insights provided by these co-authors offer a transformative perspective on leadership, emphasizing the need for justice and equity in all spheres of influence.
