Abstract

The study aimed to provide insights into how technology utilization in Emergency Remote Teaching (ERT) can be improved to enhance student satisfaction and academic performance in a virtual learning environment. This study explored the dynamics of teaching presence and technology utilization by identifying the factors contributing to student engagement, perceived challenges, and perceived confidence in progress, thereby addressing the challenges and limitations associated with ERT.
