Service learning projects in collaboration with educators from Tibet, India, and Kenya provide PSTs with unique opportunities to apply their skills in diverse educational settings. By engaging with bilingual and special education content, PSTs enhance their pedagogical knowledge and develop competencies in culturally relevant and responsive teaching. These projects foster professional agency, promote innovative teaching practices, and support PSTs in becoming advocates for minoritized learners. Aligned with the conference goals, these experiences challenge educational inequities and injustices, preparing PSTs to be competent, caring, and socially responsible educators. Through international collaborations, PSTs contribute to the global education community and gain practical insights to enact positive change.
