The Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools (CFCRS) program has emerged as a significant aspect of China's higher education landscape, facilitating collaboration between Chinese and international universities. This literature review examines the evolution of CFCRS through policy adjustments, practical implementations, and scholarly contributions. Drawing insights from a wide range of academic sources, this review provides a comprehensive understanding of the current status and future prospects of CFCRS in China, while also identifying key areas for further research and development.
