Abstract

Teaching is a challenging profession with high levels of work-related stress, which often leads to high turnover rates. Teachers rely on their Psychological Capital (PsyCap), including hope, confidence, optimism, and resilience, to effectively cope with stress and remain in their positions. This study aims to investigate the link between school culture and teachers' PsyCap. The research is conducted within a post-positivist paradigm and seeks to comprehend teachers' perceptions of the psychological resources they utilize at work and the impact of school culture on these resources. By examining the relationship between school culture and PsyCap, this study can contribute to the development of supportive environments within the education system.
