Abstract

As a field we need to commit to a more diverse and inclusive educational leadership faculty. Part of this commitment includes sharing lessons, strategies, and insights. Drawing on decades of experience writing external review letters and chairing promotion and tenure committees, Dr. Theoharis will provide ideas for navigating the P&T process and preparing materials.
