This research proposes a model which examines how, in CTE centers and technical colleges, employees’ trust in administration and trust in personnel manifests in their perceived organizational justice (OJ; procedural/distributive), thus making it possible to better distinguish the distinctive contribution of each of these referents. Three studies are proposed to examine the interactions between these two variables (trust and justice) with the aim of encouraging better management practices. Study 1 (n=177) shows that trust in administration and in personnel are positively associated with both procedural and distributive justice. Study 2 (n=366) and Study 3 (n=441) confirm the mediating role of OJ (procedural/distributive) between trust (in administration and in personnel) and the positive and negative states of well-being (vigor/emotional exhaustion).
