The Future of the Academic Book: Perspectives from the Presses

Abstract

Academic publishers will address issues of publishing for recent PhD’s--for example, what presses are looking for in a dissertation and how to pitch the manuscript to a wider audience. They will also address issues of later books, as well as current trends in academic publishing.
