Session Description

This panel features a variety of interesting papers in information technology and politics. It highlights a new panel format - three papers will be presented and discussed by the audience, but without a formal discussant.

Papers range in topics - from managing information flows in autocracies to navigating political environments while disabled to countering violent extremism online - and should be of interest to a wide audience.
