Session Submission Type: Roundtable
The problem of "impunity" has intrigued political scientists working on various fields of study, such as human rights, criminal justice, transitional justice, corruption, accountability, governance, or rule of law. But impunity remains a concept that is rarely defined or measured. Participants in this roundtable will thus contribute with a reflection on what is impunity and how can we empirically measure it.
