Attention has returned to Electoral College reform, with calls by presidential candidates to abolish the Electoral College, and a movement of many to achieve a national vote through the National Popular Vote Compact.
This panel will consider a range of topics related to the College, from the distinctive problems it creates for Executive politics, to specific proposals for reform — including its abolition.
