Session Description
The papers in this panel critically explore the impact of neoliberalism on governance practices in the Global South. The impact of COVID-19 as a catalyst is central to their analysis, but the scope of their critique is broader as they highlight the failures of neoliberalism and its role in (re)creating silences and inequalities and explore alternatives.
