Session Description
The lack of racial diversity in congressional staffing and leadership is a concern as legislative bodies represent the people's interests. This panel reviews legislative bodies' representation, including Congressional committee chairs, staff, and how legislators interpret constituent messages. It also discusses how the background of judges influences their work on the bench.
