Session Description

Panel will include “Direct Democracy Rules: The Effect of Propositions, Initiatives, and Referendums on State Immigration Legislation in the 21st Century,” with author Andrea Silva from the University of North Texas and 1-2 additional works. The panel will be comprised of junior scholars to provide a chance for them to have their work discussed and obtain feedback.
