Members who wish to present papers at the 2007 Annual Meeting of ARCE at The Toledo Wyndham should submit abstracts to the Review Committee electronically via this site no later than January 19, 2007. The meeting is sponsored by the Toledo Museum of Art. The Review Committee will be comprised of scholars in both ancient and modern Egyptian studies. Submissions are encouraged in the areas of

• Ancient Egyptian history, Ancient Egyptian philology, Ancient Egyptian religion and literature, Ancient Egyptian art and archaeology
• Islamic studies, Egyptian History: Medieval to Modern, Modern Egyptian culture and society

Submitted abstracts should not exceed 500 words and will be vetted by the committee members.
