Description

Sociologists for Trans Justice (S4TJ) is a group of sociologists working to advance transgender, non-binary, and intersex justice in and through sociology. We aim to advance public understanding of trans, non-binary, and intersex issues, support transgender, non-binary, and intersex sociologists, and advance transgender, non-binary, and intersex studies within sociology. At this annual forum, we will review progress we have made on our goals from the previous year and brainstorm next steps for the initiative. We welcome new members.
