117th ASA Annual Meeting

August 5-9, 2022 | Los Angeles, CA

ASA will be taking many steps to ensure the health and wellbeing of meeting attendees. Please review the Annual Meeting COVID-19 Protocol. All attendees are required to upload proof of full vaccination plus one booster before retrieving their badge. To begin, text “Hi” to 888-655-0180. Attendees must show their vaccine + booster verification to enter the Los Angeles Convention Center the first time. Once you have your meeting badge, you will no longer need to show verification.

REGISTER ONLINE

All participants on the Annual Meeting program must register. A participant is anyone listed as an author, mentor, presenter, presider/table presider, discussant, panelist, moderator, leader, or any similar substantive role on the program. For multiple-authored papers, co-authors who are not presenting and who will not be attending the Annual Meeting are not required to register.

Preregistration Pickup. Attendees who preregistered may pick up their badges at the Preregistration counters located in the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC).

Onsite Registration. Onsite registrations will be processed at the Registration counters located in the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC).

Friday, August 5: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 6: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Sunday, August 7: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Monday, August 8: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, August 9: 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
