Abstract

This historically grounded and theoretically oriented paper explores childhood lead poisoning through the dual lens of solidarity with children and standpoint theory frameworks. The paper has two main aims: 1) to argue that these two frameworks are essential to the scientific understanding of childhood lead poisoning and b) to further develop both theoretical frameworks by putting them in conversation together in relation to the case of childhood lead poisoning.
