Power plays a central role in the production of space. This session will interrogate how power works to shape space by focusing on the structural, institutional, and governance power structures that shape development and investment. For all CUSS sessions, we welcome research centering topics of race, racism, and racialization; international research; and research on urban, suburban, and rural spaces.
