Since 1979, the Crime and Justice series has provided scholars with detailed reviews of the latest research relating to a variety of crime and criminology-related issues. It takes an interdisciplinary approach and has a broad international focus, with both general volumes on criminological research and thematic volumes focusing on specific topics. Citation data from GoogleScholar and the Social Science Citation Index will be obtained for all articles published in the Crime and Justice series from 1979 through 2015 to identify the most cited-individual works and the most-cited scholars, as well to examine changing trends in highly-cited topics in the field of criminology.
